For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Service Provider’s dispute resolution and related services which can be accessed via our website www.bharatdispute.com, our video conferencing mobile application or any child domain therein. “Channel” refers to the dispute resolution method and tools, including but not limited to settlement, mediation, conciliation, Chat, calls, arbitration or any other dispute resolution mechanism as may be applicable. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Service Provider. “You” refers to you, as a user of Service By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use found here, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, macro claim, outcome, settlement and dispute resolution related data, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, name and other personal details including the specific details related to your dispute and evidence supporting your claim or response to a claim which you submit to us through the registration, settlement, mediation, conciliation, Chat, calls, arbitration and/or other dispute resolution process or journey at the Site as may be applicable.

1.1. Information collected via Technology

To activate the Service you need to submit certain Personal Information in order to use the Service. Furthermore and in addition to Personal Information, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We may track this information using cookies, which are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. 2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
2.1. Personal Information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere on our platform, Site, or during our sign-up or registration process, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. 
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you and process your dispute, settlement and/or other action, regardless of Channel. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users and provide technical support, 
Furthermore, if applicable, should you have a chat or settlement discussion or exchange with another party, or similar, your exchanges will likewise be documented, saved and/or recorded and/or a Service Provider administrator may join or view your exchanges and submissions for quality control purposes, evidentiary purposes, research purposes, and/or to review any future potential concerns you may later have. Arbitrators and mediators, and other partners, may also have access to such information for similar purposes.

2.2 Non-Personal Information

In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site, and for market and academic research purposes.
